We arrive Monday with the platform on a hardened laptop, integrate against a sample of your real data, and hand over on Friday — a working application, documented, ready for your operators. If it does not deliver, you do not pay.

Connect to the data sources. Map objects and actions to the ontology. No copies leave site.

Build the application. Functions, views, write-back. Operator test on real (non-classified) data.

Iterate with operators. Tighten access, classification, audit. Train the first user cohort.

Hand-off. Documented prototype, deployment runbook, options for production rollout.

A service with a public price, ordered by form or mail and invoiced by Swiss QR-bill. The offer page is in German.
06 — Classification levels
The person who walks into the bunker is the person who built the platform.
Engagements are scoped to the classification level your organisation works at. Where your rules require personnel security screening, that requirement is agreed with you before the engagement starts. No subcontracting outside Switzerland. No offshore reach-back.

Routine
Scope for work with Swiss federal and cantonal authorities, critical infrastructure and regulated industry at the routine level.
VERTRAULICH
Sensitive
Scope for work involving non-public operational data, sensitive procurement, or regulated financial infrastructure.
GEHEIM
Classified
A design target, not a current engagement: air-gapped deployments on classified networks. Work at this level would first need the client's security approval and personnel screening.
